Alpha Freebie!

Yes, I have a freebie for you!  But first I want to show off some layouts and a hybrid project!

Have you checked out Brownie Scraps’ Hybrid Challenge?  May is almost over, but you still have a couple of days to jump in!  Leslie of Punky Princess Scraps is hosting May’s Hybrid Challenge - making a gift card holder out of a recycled toilet paper roll!  Here is the one I made using the Touch of Class and Colors Mega Bundle from Flutterbye Faery Designs.

Scrapping Survivor Freebie!

I am taking part in a really fun challenge at Ginger Scraps -  Scrapping Survivor!  It is 5 weeks of scrapping challenges, immunity games and amazing prizes for the Sole Survivor!

Here’s my layouts so far: (all linked for credits)

Use a jungle print paper, a monkey, a tiki torch and the word “safari”

Scrap a sunset of home using only the colors in the sunset photo.

Scrap the food we miss the most while on this long safari, must include journaling.

This week’s challenge is all about camouflage.  The largest photo must be blended into the background, use 3 camouflage papers and use the word camouflage. 

I am working on this one now, but didn’t have any camo papers.  So, I made my own and thought I’d share them!  Hopefully they will come in handy for my fellow Survivor contestants and anyone needing to blend in :)

And I thought I’d share the alpha and word art I made to use on this layout!  It is a fun worn chipboard alpha with a font that is a bit futuristic!
